Privacy Policy

MG Multi-Services LLC (doing business as "Rapid Delivri", "we", "us") operates the Rapid Delivri website and mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account: name, email, phone, password (hashed), role (customer, driver, restaurant), profile photo.
  • Order data: restaurant, items, delivery address, price breakdown, order status.
  • Payment: we do not store card numbers. Stripe processes all payments; we retain only a payment reference.
  • Driver documents: ID, driver's license, insurance — used solely for verification, stored securely, never sold.
  • Restaurant documents: business license, EIN, owner ID — used for verification.
  • Location: when you order delivery or drive for us, we collect GPS to route the order and show you the driver in real time.
  • Device: device push token (FCM) so we can send order-status notifications.

2. How we use it

  • Fulfilling and delivering orders.
  • Verifying restaurants and drivers before they operate on the platform.
  • Processing payments and refunds via Stripe.
  • Notifying you about your order (accepted, ready, picked up, delivered).
  • Fraud prevention and platform safety.
  • Aggregate analytics (no personal identifiers) to improve the Service.

3. Sharing

We only share the minimum required with the following partners:

  • Restaurants and drivers — receive customer name, delivery address, order items, and phone number to complete the delivery.
  • Stripe — payment processing and Connect payouts.
  • Google Firebase — push notifications and crash reporting.
  • Google Maps — geocoding of addresses and driver navigation.
  • Law enforcement — only when we receive a valid legal request.

We never sell personal data to advertisers.

4. Data retention

We keep active-account data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, order history and payment references within 30 days, except where a legal obligation (tax, fraud, dispute resolution) requires longer retention. Restaurant and driver verification documents are kept for 7 years to comply with state and federal record-keeping laws.

5. Your rights

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction — update inaccurate information in your Profile page.
  • Deletion — permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete Account.
  • Portability — request an export of your order history.
  • Objection — opt out of marketing emails via any email footer.

6. Security

Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing. Payment card data is tokenised by Stripe and never touches our servers. All API traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/WSS). Driver and restaurant documents are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket.

7. Children

Rapid Delivri is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us for immediate removal.

8. Push notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications about order status. You can turn these off any time in your device settings. Turning them off does not delete your account.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
