Welcome to Rapid Delivri (the "Service"), operated by MG MULTI-SERVICES LLC (doing business as "Rapid Delivri"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders. Drivers and restaurant owners must additionally comply with all local licensing and insurance requirements.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Notify us at once if you suspect unauthorised use. You may delete your account any time from Profile → Delete Account. Only the platform owner (rapiddelivri@gmail.com) may hold an admin account.
3. Orders and payment
- Prices are set by each restaurant and shown before checkout.
- A customer platform service fee of 10% of the food subtotal is added.
- A distance-based delivery fee applies for delivery orders.
- Tips are 100% passed on to the driver.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Once a restaurant has accepted an order, cancellation may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
4. Restaurant partners
Restaurants agree to (i) prepare orders truthfully as listed on their menu, (ii) comply with food safety laws, (iii) be responsible for allergen disclosure, (iv) receive weekly payouts from Stripe Connect. During the launch program, Rapid Delivri retains 0% commission on food sales. Commission may change with 30 days' written notice.
5. Driver partners
Drivers are independent contractors, not employees. You are responsible for your own vehicle, insurance, taxes, and traffic compliance. You keep 70% of the delivery fee plus 100% of tips.
6. Refunds
If your food is missing, incorrect, or the order is cancelled by the restaurant, you are eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion. Contact rapiddelivri@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to (i) place fraudulent orders, (ii) resell items, (iii) harass or threaten couriers or restaurant staff, (iv) tamper with delivery photos or GPS location. Violations may result in permanent account deactivation without refund.
8. Content and reviews
Reviews you post become non-exclusive property of Rapid Delivri and may be publicly displayed. Do not post defamatory, illegal, or personally identifying information about others.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Delivri's total liability is limited to the amount of your most recent order. We are not liable for food-borne illness caused by restaurants, traffic delays, or force-majeure events. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, fraud, or abusive behaviour. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in-app.
11. Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally by writing to rapiddelivri@gmail.com. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Marion County, Indiana.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by in-app notification 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
